*Breakthrough Bodywork Program pricing is only valid with payment through Auto-Debit. You must fill out the Enrollment Form and Credit Card Authorization Form.
*You credit card will be charged on the 1st of each month.
*Your treatments must be scheduled during the calendar month in which your credit card was charged. Treatments do not “rollover.”
*There is no commitment of length required to enroll in the Breakthrough Bodywork Program. However, 30 days notice is required if you wish to cancel your membership.
*You may freeze your enrollment in the Breakthrough Bodywork Program for a single month by giving 2 weeks notice (by the 15th of the previous month).
*You may upgrade/downgrade your plan by giving 2 weeks notice (by the 15th of the previous month).
* Breakthrough Bodywork Program treatments are non-transferable unless enrolled in partner program with Claire.
*If you must cancel your appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice. Treatments cancelled within 24 hours are subject to full payment.
